during holidays and special events. Minimum stay required for certain holidays
and peak periods.

Additional person charge
beyond two people is $100 each, per night.
Check in is 3:00 p.m.
Check out is 12:00 noon. (Late check out available for nominal fee, based
on availability.)

Reservations Information:
We accept Visa, MasterCard,
and American Express.
Valid credit card (Amex,
Visa, MC) required when making a reservation. Deposit is 50% of total stay
for reservations of 2 or more days. Deposit of 100% of total is taken for
one night stays or reservations made within 14 days of arrival.
Cancellations Policy:
Cancellations, shortened
stays, or change in dates require 14 day advance notice prior to the arrival
date to avoid full forfeiture of your deposit. Your entire reservation,
if booked less than 14 days prior to your arrival date, becomes non refundable.
Cancellations with more than 14 days advance notice will not be penalized
if deposit is retained on file for a future stay. A fee of $50.00 will
be assessed for ALL cancellations requiring a refund, regardless of notice.
As is common in resort locations, there are no refunds for shortened stays
or early departures once registered. All cancellation charges are subject
to tax in the state of Florida. We always suggest you consider trip insurance.
